Gratitude makes for better Attitude
Have you ever noticed that when you are grateful for something, no matter how small, that it makes your attitude more positive. I recently posted on Face book how warm and toasty it was in my house after coming in from the cold. It then made me think of the many people with no homes and then homes without heat. It made me very grateful for this thing called heat that I usually don't give a second thought to. Apparently it made others think how fortunate we are that we all have so many things that we take for granted.

purchasing a home, rates are still wonderful and we don't know how long they will remain this low. Now would really be a great time for you to make an appointment with a Loan Officer to evaluate your financial situation. Tax time is just around the corner as well and that refund could be enough of a downpayment for the house you've been dreaming of.
If you've even given home ownership some thought then most likely you are one of the lucky ones who has a job.
